Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Deputy CEO Smartfren, Djoko Tata Ibrahim bahwa penukaran bisa dilakukan di 28 lokasi Bolt Zone di Jabodetabek dan Medan.<\/p>\n<p>Penutupan frekuensi dilakukan karena karena ketiganya tidak mampu memenuhi kewajiban membayar Biaya Hak Penggunaan (BHP) spektrum frekuensi kepada negara. Atas keputusan ini, Kominfo pun meminta kepada PT Internux dan PT First Media untuk segera memproses pengembalian hak pelanggan yang masih ada. &#8220;Kami minta secepatnya, kami akan berkoordinasi untuk menyiapkan gerai atau sebagainya untuk mempermudah pengembalian hak pengguna(pelanggan)&#8221;, jelas Ismail, Dirjen SDPPI dalam konferensi pers di kantor Kominfo, Jumat (28\/12\/2018).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kesepakatan ini kami lakukan sebagai bentuk dukungan kami terhadap pelanggan BOLT,&#8221; ujarnya dalam keterangan resmi di Jakarta, Selasa (1\/1\/2019).<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, Djoko menjelaskan bahwa pelanggan akan dilakukan verifikasi dari pihak Bolt. Jika sudah lolos tahap verifikasi, customer service Smartfren yang berada di Bolt Zone, akan melayani penukaran serta aktivasi kartu perdana Smartfren.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bagi pelanggan yang lolos verifikasi untuk mendapatkan layanan Smartfren, mereka dapat menukarkan langsung kartu Boltnya dengan kartu perdana Smartfren Now Plus gratis,&#8221; jelas Djoko.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan kartu perdana Smartfren Now Plus, pelanggan akan mendapatkan keuntungan kuota sebesar 6GB, terdiri dari 2,5GB kuota utama dan 3,5GB kuota malam.<\/p>\n<p>Sampai saat ini, menurut Djoko Smartfren telah hadir dilebih dari 200 kota Indonesia. Dengan begitu, para pengguna Bolt bisa mengakses internet dengan cakupan yang lebih luas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tentunya, selain tetap bisa melanjutkan layanan internet, pelanggan Bolt juga bisa menikmati internet di wilayah yang lebih luas,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Seperti dikabarkan sebelumnya, pada Jumat pekan lalu pemerintah dalam hal ini Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika telah resmi mencabut layanan ketiga operator, salah satuny adalah PT Internux (Bolt). Layanan mereka dicabut lantaran tidak membayar Biaya Hak Pengguna (BHP) tahun 2016 dan 2017 sebesar Rp Rp 343,5 miliar.<\/p>\n<p>Pihak Bolt sendiri sudah mengumumkan akan melayani refund sisa pulsa atau kuota yang belum terpakai bagi pelanggan mereka.
