AMD GPU Navi Ready to Launch, RTX Competitors at Cheaper Prices?

So far, the Nvidia GeForce RTX graphics card series does not have a suitable match, so the value of the premium price presented may be the right deal for them. But in 2019, the Nvidia RTX Series seems to have rivals, especially when AMD is ready to release the Navi GPU series as an equivalent match.

And it seems that it won’t last long, because AMD is preparing to announce the GPU Navi series based on the 7nm manufacturing process in January 2019, or precisely at CES 2019. This GPU Navi line already has its own name, the Radeon RX 3060, Radeon RX 3070 and RX 3080. Sounds pretty familiar right?

AMD claims that all of these options have far greater performance than their current graphics card series, moreover the 7nm dish can provide effective value in terms of boosting performance and far more efficient power consumption. Amazingly, AMD promises that the prices that will be released will be much cheaper.

According to AdoredTV, the video also includes both the details of Navi and Ryzen 3000, they leaked that AMD will announce the latest graphics card at CES next month. These options are the Radeon RX 3060, RX 3070, and RX 3080, where the RX 3080 series will be the leading series.

The Radeon RX 3080 will be allegedly present with Navi 10 GPU and 8GB DDR6 RAM, with a 150W TDP value. And apparently, the price predicted by this GPU is worth $ 249 or around 3.6 million. We still don’t know for sure about the truth of this, but the potential performance offered by GPU can be comparable to RTX 2070, whose price is around 12 million. On the other hand the RX 3080 can offer 10-15% better performance than the GTX 1080 and RX Vega 64.

And for the RX 3070 series, this card seems to be featuring GPU Navi 12, has 8GB DDR6, and 120W TDP. Its performance can be equivalent to the RX Vega 56 and GTX 1070, so it competes with the RTX 2060 which has never been released. Provisional estimates for GPU prices according to AdoredTV are at a value of $ 199 or around 3 million.

And the RX 3060 series can be the main force for midrange class graphics cards with a very affordable price value (still guessed and rumors), where it will be priced at $ 129 or around 2 million less. This series is also based on the Navi 12, although it has 4GB GDDR6 and TDP is only 75w. This card is expected to compete with the RX 580 and compete with the never-released GTX 1060 and RTX 2050.

Even though all this information is really very pleasant to hear, we still cannot confirm all the truth of the matter. AdoredTV also did not refer in detail about the information originating, so we might just wait for the certainty of all of these things until the end of this month.
