Bolt Give Choice to Customers, Anything?

JAKARTA – After officially stopping the service on Friday (12/28/2018) then, Bolt offered several choices for its customers. The first option given is the return of remaining credit and or unused quota and payment in advance.

For one month starting December 31, 2018 until January 31, 2019, the process is through 28 Bolt Zone outlets in Jabodetabek and Medan.

In addition to the refund process, through its written statement on Tuesday (1/1/2019) for active customers of BOLT Home, which is in the coverage network passed First Media’s Fixed Broadband Cable Internet from PT Link Net Tbk, can transfer its internet services to First Media with 30{dd45dd2e2793e187353ed65bdef0dfcb592801818e35ff09b488cafe027d41a8} discount offer.

Customers can also get double speed upgrades for 12 months subscription and get free all TV channels for 3 months.

For customers who still want to use the 4G LTE service, they can switch their internet services to the Smartfren network. Customers can directly visit 2 Bolt Zone outlets to exchange Bolt cards with Smartfren cards.

For Prepaid Bolt customers, the SIM card can be exchanged for free with only Prime Now + Cards from Smartfren. With this exchange customers get a 2.5GB main quota and 3.5GB night quota.

As for Postpaid BOLT customers, you will get a discount
50{dd45dd2e2793e187353ed65bdef0dfcb592801818e35ff09b488cafe027d41a8} for the first month payment by exchanging the SIM card with the Postpaid Prime Card from Smartfren.
