Police Examine 17 Witnesses of Bomb Terror at the House of KPK Leaders
Jakarta – Police have examined as many as 17 witnesses related to the bomb terror at the home of two leaders of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Agus Rahardjo and Laode M Syarief.
Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police Kombes Raden Prabowo Argo Yuwono said, of the 17 witnesses, 11 people were questioned in connection with the terrorist case of Molotov cocktails at Laode’s house, while 6 were questioned in the case of KPK Chair Agus Rahardjo in the Jatiasih area of Bekasi City.
“There were witnesses of 11 people we examined, witnesses from victims later from families and people living there. Then there were also witnesses who were selling in front of the houses of victims and there were also houses on the left side or neighbors,” said Argo at the Metro Police Headquarters Jaya, Thursday (01/10/2019).
“Then for the case in Bekasi, at the house of the KPK chairman, we have examined 6 witnesses,” Argo added.
Based on the testimony of 11 witnesses who were questioned, said Argo, there were those who heard the throw and some who heard motorized vehicles when the incident occurred.
