Indosat Officially Launches the First 4G Phone Based on KaiOS
Various smartphones have now sprung up in Indonesia, Indosat Ooredoo has released a “featured phone” phone. The Indosat operator some time ago officially launched a feature phone with a KaiOS-based operating system called Hape Online – 4G Smart Feature Phone.
Indosat Ooredo will collaborate with vendors Advan, KaiOS Technologies and MediaTek to produce the KaiOS phone.
Hape Online – 4G Smart Feature Phone will be equipped with a MediaTek MT6731 processor with 512MB RAM and 4GB of internal memory with 32GB internal.

This Indosat-made cellphone running on KaiOS already supports 4G LTE connectivity and can also be used to access various applications such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Youtube, Google Assistant and Google Maps.
